Along with
our success of implementing Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) in
Physics, we extended our work with chemistry.
We do research in the methods of Quantum Chemistry, Force Fields,
Molecular Mechanics, Molecular Simulations and Modeling, Molecular
Design, Informatics (Chem-informatics), Material Modeling and other
topics of interest to scientists who advances chemical science with
computers.
We develop software systems based on:
- Object Vibration in
Molecules
- Chemical Dynamics
- Computational Methods
in Solid Physics
- Atomic and Molecular
Properties
- Chemical Reactions
Analytical Chemistry
We provide simulation of the structures and functions of chemical
components such as proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, nucleic acids, and
small molecules present in the cells.
We synthesize to understand the experimental data, such as the position
and source of spectroscopic peaks and predict the possibility of unknown
molecules.
Simulation of Molecular forces helps in:
- Finding the stationary
points.
- Storing and searching
for data on chemical entities.
- Identifying the
correlations between chemical structures and properties.
- Synthesis of compounds
to design molecules that interact in specific ways with other
molecules.
